Service work is a core part of what we do
Psonar
2010
Cambridge-based start-up developing a new web music service product for young people. They asked us for a strategic design approach to what they were trying to develop, along with naming and a brand story. We created user research and service development, as well as brand strategy for the service in its early form.

Charity credit card — proposition prototyping
CAF wanted to explore perceptions towards a new form of charity credit card. We developed a framework, a range of propositions and service evidence to allow Firsthand to put them in front of potential customers, and find you what they found appealing.
Channel 4/MaverickTV
2007
Online service for teenage entrepreneurs — proposition prototyping
When Channel 4 moved its budget from daytime education programming to games for serious subjects, we were engaged to explore young peoples attitudes towards starting up and entrepreneurship. We developed a framework for thinking about different kinds of formalities and social structures, then created a range of propositions for you people to talk around with the researchers. These would help them to articulate what they found attractive as an idea of themselves as producers and most importantly, what they didn’t and what would put them off.
